Today I have been pondering enthusiasm, is it possible to find joy in something that you are not crazy about simply by changing the way you approach it?
I think it is, if you approach a task at hand filled with enthusiasm, even if you don’t really want to do it, the enthusiasm gains momentum and makes it much easier to do.
I tested this theory today, this is one of my least favorite treats (I am a bit fussy) but I decided to give it my all. Much to my surprise I actually enjoyed it!
