“Oh your glorious ears my little man, I love them so much” These are words I hear everyday, sometimes more often. My Mum LOVES my ears. I love them too but for very different reasons.
My ears give me the chance to truly listen. To hear the outpouring of love every time my Mum speaks to me (okay there is the occasional cross moment when I pretend not to hear, especially at the park), but generally it’s pure love from deep within her heart.
It gives me great joy to know how treasured I am and I know this from simply listening. Do you truly listen to the ones around you? Do you feel the love in their voices? Attune your senses, live every moment in the here and now and don’t let a moment pass without awareness. ❤️
